Medical Disclaimer

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a wellness and complementary health service. Nothing on this website or provided by California HBO₂T constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content, materials, and information provided by California HBO₂T are for general informational and wellness purposes only. HBOT is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

You are strongly encouraged to consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any hyperbaric oxygen therapy, particularly if you have or suspect any medical condition. California HBO₂T does not make any representations or warranties that HBOT will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Eligibility & Health Requirements

To participate in HBOT sessions or use hyperbaric equipment provided by California HBO₂T, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older, or have written consent from a legal guardian if under 18.
  • Complete all required health intake forms truthfully and accurately before your first session.
  • Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, surgeries, or contraindications relevant to HBOT.
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances during any session.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by California HBO₂T staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose participation we reasonably believe poses a risk to their health or safety, or to the safety of others.

Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling: Therapy sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may result in forfeiture of that session or a cancellation fee, at our discretion.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, without a refund for lost session time.
Company-Initiated Changes: In the rare event we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full rescheduling option or credit.

Payment & Refunds

Payment: All fees are due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been separately agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Session Packages: Prepaid session packages are non-transferable. Unused sessions within a package do not expire unless otherwise stated, but are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not issued for used sessions. Requests for refund of unused sessions in a package must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

Equipment Sales, Leasing & Rentals

Purchases: All hyperbaric chamber sales are final unless a manufacturer defect is identified within the warranty period. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

Delivery & Installation: Delivery timelines and installation responsibilities will be communicated at the time of sale. California HBO₂T is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Leasing & Monthly Rentals: Lease and rental agreements are governed by separate written contracts. Key terms include:

  • The client is responsible for the safe operation and care of leased or rented equipment.
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the client.
  • Early termination of a lease or rental may incur fees as specified in the individual agreement.
  • Equipment must be returned in its original condition at the end of the rental or lease term.

Training & Support: California HBO₂T will provide basic operational training with equipment delivery. Clients are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided.
